THE PROCESS : ENGRAVE-A-CRETE

SURFACE PREPARATION

If needed, the first step is to remove any grass from the edges of the concrete. Edging keeps grass and debris out of the concrete stain. Dirt and grass clippings are removed from the slab by sweeping and with a leaf blower.

Any oil spots or grease spots on the concrete will be cleaned with a concrete cleaner or degreaser. The degreaser may be a solvent based product designed specifically for concrete or Simple Green®, which works very well.
